SpeakReal terms of use

The service

SpeakReal is a practice tool: an AI coach that role-plays work conversations with you and gives feedback on your English. Its feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong. SpeakReal does not guarantee a job, a promotion, a certification or an exam score.

On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies together with these terms.

Subscriptions

SpeakReal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple or Google to the account you buy it with. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Free use includes one free role-play, then one drill a day. Pro includes a fair-use limit on speaking time per day to keep the service available to everyone.

Fair use

Use SpeakReal to practise speaking. Do not try to get around its limits, overload it, reverse-engineer its server, or use it to produce unlawful or abusive content. We may limit an install that does.

Liability and changes

SpeakReal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on its feedback. We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. Questions: the support page · [email protected].
